Knock knock who's there? Joke originally came from someone knocking on the door and someone asking "who's there?" and then the one knocking will say "Albert" and the one inquiring will say "Albert who?" and someone will joke or say "Albert you'll never guess!"

They joke the reply on the question "Albert who?" And the reply on the punchline "ngee!!!", "huh?!", "ahhh","ok",is often true on real conversation between someone knocking outside the door and someone inquiring who's there knocking? So who? or the exact and true reaction which is use on a joke.

However, the joke reply such as "Albert you'll never guess!" is also true on real conversation between knocking the door and someone inquiring; the knocking on the door will jokingly answer "Albert you'll never guess!" (for someone inquiring already know who's knocking yet he/she still ask e.g. "Albert who? " if there is no one "Albert" in their household unless a strangler,a burglar or thief is disguising as one of their household)
