Unemployment In The Philippines Last 2013

Highlights : Does the economy non-inclusive or just seem to be implausible dream to disconnect the word "economy" from the word "country"?

Duqilai Dictionary : Unemployment - the state of being not working in the sense of doing something to make one productive.

Philippines - The National Statistics Office (NSO) in the Philippines reported that last 2013,the Philippines has experienced an averaged of 7.3 percent or 2.99 million Filipinos were unemployed or jobless or has experienced 7.3 percent unemployment rate out of 40.96 million Filipino who are employed.

But however, the figures reported by the National Statistics Office (NSO) were selected and pick from their Labor Force Survey last January,April and July 2013 and not entirely the whole report for 2013 for unemployment.

Ironically, economists said that the economy in the Philippines has experienced robust growth by 7.4 percent in the first three quarters of 2013 which is somewhat in contract with its unemployment rate in the first quarter of 2013.

It has been concluded that the growth in the economy is non-inclusive or it doesn't mean when economy in the country has growth it means  everything is lifted from its low percentage growth like for example the unemployment rate.

Thus, however presidents have excuse that "we have strong economy" but "why there are still poor people?" To quote in the Philippine Daily Inquirer newspaper Business section (B1) December 28,2013 - "But the officials clarified that although the economy did well this year, people should not expect this to mean that there would be a substantial drop in the unemployment rate"

Seems to be implausible about the non-inclusiveness of the growth of the economy in the country or in a country.
