 If one self-disciplined oneself from eating this and that is that called "Clean Eating" or it leads to "Eating Disorder"; and for the sake of dieting?

But this eating activity i learned could lead to what they called ORTHOREXIA NERVOSA.

Obsession and addiction or obsessive-compulsive disorder kind of eating? so is it Healthy and or mere Anxiety?

If it becomes to the point to what mentioned above, perhaps it is no more HEALTHY and NO MORE HEALTHY EATING; thus is it CLEAN EATING or EATING DISORDER.

Mey bumaba sa bus na foreigner na lalake sa gitna ng mataong lugar at mey nakita siyang light railway transits at sa isang taong naglalakad -babaeng dalaga - : "Hey miss where is Boracay beach here?"

Tugon ng babaeng dalaga :"Boracay? ..Duon ! (tinuro ang isang mey kalayuan na daan at parang mey nakitang tao ang foreigner na lalake - mag fifishball at mey lalakeng bumibili dito) "

Habang sumusubo ng fishball si Kidlat Tahimik bigla niyang sinabi : "Aray ! .. puta ! ( bigla niyang nabitawan ang hawak niyang fishball at tumilapon ito sa kalsada ) ... ano iyung tumama sa akin? ... ( bigla siyang nagulat at nanginig nang mey nag salita :  "Hey you ! " at mey humawak sa isang balikat niya at napasabi niya : "Hey me!?!") "

--- "  boracay? .. duon ! ... (biglang mey power na tumama sa katawan ni Kidlat Tahimik .. "

Sabi ng mag fifishball kay Kidlat Tahimik : "Natamaan ka ng kidlat ang ibig sabihin .. "

Takang parang nag alala ang foreigner na lalake sa sinabi ni Kidlat Tahimik : Hey me?!!?! .. "

Biglang sabi ng  mag fifishball :  "Boracay? .. Duon! .. "

.. on December 31,3039 - Eiffel Tower will collapse and will be attack by zombies and crazy alive people.

 --- then on February 26,3058 - a crazy giant beast will emerge from under the deep abyss of the Pacific ocean and fly up high and will attack all men crazily and men will shot gun it - not only one but many = they are animals or giant animals living in peace underneath the surface but because of ELNONO they started to become crazy.

Syria Will Be Outside The Iran War

 According to the news SYRIA will be out of hands on and inclsion on the ongoing war in IRAN as this said by the Syria President AL-SHARAA or AHMED AL-SHARAA

‘We have held back from opening relations with Iran up to this point. Certainly, the war currently under way is negatively affecting the region by disrupting energy and fuel supplies, which in turn affects the global economy… What we had been advising was that they should look for a negotiated solution, rather than resorting to military force, because that carries major risks.’
