Racism In Work Can Be Changed Or Reduce By Changing Ratings' Ways

A new study and research has found out how to reduce racism on work through changing ways to rate workers.That is by changing star ratings into thumbs ratings.

"A team of business analysts from the Yale School of Management Rice University and the University of Toronto has found that switching how ratings are made for labor work done in people's homes can drastically reduce racial skewing.In their study,published in the journal Nature the group analyzed thousands of assessments made by customers on an online rating platform,noting changes that came about after the method used to rate was changed,the research is also featured in a News and Views piece in the same journal." It is an online rating platform that rate workers,now from five-star rating system into thumbs up and thumbs down format.And this kind of rating system have helped reduce racism or some degrees of racism as the research and study says.

Changing the ratings format and system,the research has found out to be helpful in reducing the racism on labor services industry.

Doctors And Educators Will Be AI Driven For The Next Years Says Bill Gates

 The anticipation of Artificial Intelligence or AI of the workplace is really at hand as well as Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven society.

According to Bill Gates of Microsoft company, the workplace on the sides of doctors or health and education will be replace by artificial intelligence.

"Bill Gates predicted that advancements in artificial intelligence will significantly reduce humanity's role in many traditional tasks such as medicine and education - and the seismic shift could happen in less than 10 years." (New York Post,Thursday March 27,2025)

"....the Microsoft co-founder described a future where humans are no longer necessary for most things because AI technology will readily perform tasks that currently require specialized human skills.." (New York Post)

Bill Gates also says that artificial intelligence and advancement in technology will sooner or later replace eventually the need for doctors and teachers because of the presence of Artificial Intelligence that would replace the two works.

What Is A Job?

A  "JOB" - is an activity or work :

(1.) in exchange for something like in exchange for money which is in exchange for the activity done ( Exchange is also called "Payment") Thus,JOB is also called "Paid Activity" or "Paid Work" that is done for someone in exchange for something.

(2.) in exchange for nothing like chores and voluntary work.

But JOB is define as a paid activity.

There are types of jobs like a managerial jobs,assistant jobs,secretarial jobs,janitorial jobs,teaching jobs,writing jobs,etc.

So How To Have A "JOB"?

-- That is if there is a so-called "Job Vacancies"; you can apply for the Job that is vacant.But that would not be easy for you must and should fit for the Job and able to do the Job or meet the requirements and qualifications and description of the Job.

    How can you apply for a "secretarial job" for example if you do not know secretarial works or have no skills for the job or have no skills to do the job.

    Therefore,you must and should have a "secretarial"  skills to be able to apply for the job; for the job that requires secretarial skills.

    So for example,how can you have and develop a secretarial skills?

   --- First is to study the job or the secretarial job and all that is therein and there-out.Knew first inside-out the secretarial job; that is develop a skills on it.

     There are schools out there that offers course or study about a secretarial skills; schools that offers how to develop a secretarial skills or to have the skills of a secretary or the skills of a secretarial job.

     It is up to you what kind of job you want; may it be a secretarial job or secretary, a teaching job or a teacher, a managerial job or a manager, a writing job or a writer,an engineering job or an engineer,etc.

    Which work you are interested,like and love; then study it and acquire skills on it if you want that work or job.
