Natto is a food eaten originally from Japan that is considered a
superfood because it is pack or filled with nutrients or with vitamins, minerals,
proteins, carbohydrates, and fiber. It is made from fermented soybeans and a bacteria called Bacillus Subtilis.
Natto because of its being nutritious, it contributes to strong bones, a
healthy heart, good digestion, strong immune system, reduces certain cancers, help
one lose weight and promote healthy brain or brain health.
But the food or natto is not good in smell and taste, thus though it is
considered superfood some don’t like it or turn off of it. It has a stinky
ammonia-like smell and a sticky and slimy texture. Some people only eat it
because of its nutritional contents.
Natto is considered a breakfast meal in Japan and now available as an
easy prepare food in convenient stores and supermarkets.
