Meditation is said to have a good effect on one’s health and wellness
thus some try it to get its benefits but what if the good benefits become a bad
one? Would you still try it?
Some studies said that meditation may not be good to anyone thus if you
are experiencing the opposite you should stop doing it before your health and
wellness will be at risk.

to meditation. A 2017 study by researchers from Brown University
and the University of California examined the experienced of 60 meditation
practitioners. It revealed that meditation can cause surprising
negative side effects, affecting participants' emotions, sensory
perception, social interaction, sense of self, and more. Some of the study
subjects reported hallucinations, panic, a total loss of motivation, and the

“In the Insider website, it says mediation can (1) can prompt a negative
thinking in you rather than being optimistic but one become irrational, delusional
and paranormal on one’s thoughts; (2) one’s sensory perception might change or
could change or one’s sense of smell, taste, hear and see can be altered
wherein according to reports some participants experience hallucinations, visions,
illusions, seeing lights, sensitivity to light and noise and it is said a
distortion in space and time; (3) your motivation or one’s motivation may go
out of the window or one’s motivation to do something will be replace by not
doing anything at all or have no motivation to do anything; (4) re-living or
having flashback of negative memories and emotions then which can deluge one’s
state resulting into fear, anxiety ,panic, grief, etc.; (5) experiencing
physical side effects like headaches, dizziness, fatigues, gastrointestinal problems,
etc.; (6) it could damage one’s self or sense of self like you are lost from
yourself and lost from your existence; (7) one will become antisocial or one
will experience antisocial feelings and have difficulty connecting to the world
