How To Reformat O+ 8.31z Android?

If you are stock up with unresolved problem of unlocking a pattern on your O+ USA 8.31z Android phone,and you could not access your phone,here are steps how can you access your phone again.

1. First hold on power on and volume up button until O+ logo appear and an android image lying down face ward.

2. Second,if the android image already appear,press the power on and then a menu will appear.

3. Choose or select "wipe cache partition" and then press volume up button;and then a process of wiping will appear.

4. Then choose or select "wipe data/factory reset" and then press volume up button and then a process of wiping will appear.

5. And finally, choose or select "reboot system now" and then press volume up button.

6. Reopen your phone if you don't see rebooting..and then Viola ! your phone looks Brand new again..

Note :  Your data on your memory card will not be affected by reformatting even though you will not remove it..
