Health Info. -I found this information on the web and found it to be true and would like to share to you my readers.

It is titled " The Best Six Doctors".However the explanation are mine.

1.) Fresh Air - Yes,we all need "fresh air" who the one doesn't need it? Do you like a "polluted air"???

2. ) Exercise - Yup we need to move and move and stretch and stretch than just lying always."Exercise" has good benefits; even you are just walking or walking alone can be a good "exercise"."Exercise" release good feelings.

3.) Water -  Actually, not only "water" but clean and clear "water".Who is the one who do not drink "water"? Of course, we all drink water unless someone use beverages like soft drinks and juices as substitute for "water", but does someone do it? I bet no one could substitute "water" with soft drinks and juices.

4.) Rest - Yup, we need to "Rest" for a while if we already gone "burn out" to re-energize our body or ourselves.It may be a good night sleep or just taking a relaxing lying on the bed or sofa.

5.) Good Diet - Yup,proper foods that could give you energy and strength is the one we should intake or eat.Foods that could give us vitamins and minerals or energy. However,anything we could eat unless it is label as "Poison".We can eat all that are label as "Food" though some "food" that are label as "food" like for example, can foods, instant mami, candy, etc. are consider to have no nutritional value or do not have vitamins and minerals; thus they are label as "Trash Foods".We could also eat them as "Foods" since all that we eat is converted into "Blood".

6.) Sunshine - Yup,we need to go out and felt the sun outside."Sunshine" as they said have "Vitamin D" and gave us a "good feeling".
