There are many Businesses in the market or in the business world but what is Business really?

Actually and obviously,as the Webster Dictionary says,it is the trade of goods and commodities.

BUSINESS is the exchange of something for a something like a money in an exchange for bread in a bakery type of business or on a supermarket type of business or on a sari-sari store type of business -or where there is an exchange of money and bread.

There are many types of businesses but they are all the exchange of something for a something or as what they were called "BUSINESS" or as mentioned above.

There are two major types of business : (1) the Product-based and (2) the Service-based.

(1) The Product-Based is the exchange of money for a product; while

(2) The Service-Based is the exchange of money for a service.
     (2.1)  Rental-Based - is the exchange of money for a rental service.


BUSINESSES are just two types as mentioned above.

Businesses are Businesses.

The word "Business" we define here is the "exchange of something for a something" but there is another definition and usage of the word "Business" like " a concern on something," involvement and obligation to something".

As the Webster Dictionary says -" rightful concern or responsibility : as it was not his "business" to remake the world."

The word "Business" as in the "exchange of something for a something" have synanimous words as the Webster Dictionary says

1. Business - in this comparison,refers generally to the buying and selling of commodities and services and connotes a profit motive.

2. Commerce And Trade - both refer to the distribution or exchange of commodities especially as this involves their transportation but "Commerce" generally implies such activity on a large scale between cities,countries,etc.

3. Industry - refers chiefly to the large scale manufacture of commodities.
