 In business,as i learned meetings is important to make the company productivity soared high unless the meetings is not done in a right way and a waste of time not achieving anything else.

Here are some 10 guidelines for a successful meetings.

(1) In a meeting  define who will be running it.

(2) In a meeting define the purpose or objective of it.

(3) In a meeting define who should be in the meeting and why it so.

(4) In a meeting there should a clarification of the purpose of the meeting to everybody who is in the meeting or to every-bodies or anyone who is attending it.

(5)Limit the time or the total meeting time but if you are done before time is up end the meeting early.

(6)If one can or can do it make the meetings or hold the meetings standing up.

(7) If you can,engage everyone in a constructive disagreements and feedbacks invites.It is said the results will be better and in the Philippines there is called "rotating devil's advocate".

(8) Make sure that the meetings achieved its defined purposes or objective.

(9) In a meeting,make sure one person writes meeting notes and distributes it to all parties in the meeting after the meeting.

(10) In a meeting,it is ideally that there is a person that should follow up the action recommendations that is well carried out.

Racism In Work Can Be Changed Or Reduce By Changing Ratings' Ways

A new study and research has found out how to reduce racism on work through changing ways to rate workers.That is by changing star ratings into thumbs ratings.

"A team of business analysts from the Yale School of Management Rice University and the University of Toronto has found that switching how ratings are made for labor work done in people's homes can drastically reduce racial skewing.In their study,published in the journal Nature the group analyzed thousands of assessments made by customers on an online rating platform,noting changes that came about after the method used to rate was changed,the research is also featured in a News and Views piece in the same journal." It is an online rating platform that rate workers,now from five-star rating system into thumbs up and thumbs down format.And this kind of rating system have helped reduce racism or some degrees of racism as the research and study says.

Changing the ratings format and system,the research has found out to be helpful in reducing the racism on labor services industry.

The bacterium is not so far as controversial as this post currently posted; in the case someone and somehow is or are ignorant of the bacterium.The scientists are finding it hard to battle against due to its strong resistance and resilience to drugging.

 

So far in the reports,no pharmaceutical drug can match the resistance of this bacterium but somehow some scientists study its resilience in the case they can crack it down.

 

As popular or not popular as this post,this bacterium is the "S.Aureus" or "Staphylococcos Aureus" or "Staph Aureus"

 

Staphylococcos Aureus is often seen as a commensal bacteria on human body but sometimes it is seen as a pathogenic or an opportunistic pathogenic that can wreck havoc on this commensal relationship.It is often said to be on respiratory tract as information said,particularly on human's noses and as well as skin.When it becomes pathogenic it cause infections.It is a type of bacteria that is considered to be "Gram-positive" or it means bacteria that retain tha stain on the staininng method or technique developed by a bacteriologist with the name "Gram" or by Hans Christian Gram.

 

The bacteria as this post is posted,is a major treat to antibiotic medication for its strong resistance and resilience against such medication.

 

According to the report,the penicillin invented by Alexander Fleming is in the troubled waters because of this bacteria.

Two New Radiation Belts Discovered

After the reported solar storm that hits the planet Earth on May 2024,NASA's CubeSat detected and discovers two new radiation belts accumulating or accumulated surrounding planet Earth.

" A NASA satellite has since discovered this storm created two new but temporary radiation belts that circle the Earth. The two belts sit between the other two existing belts and form concentric rings above the equator." ( Universe Today )

The two belts are composed of most of electrons with inner substantially quality of protons.

The belts were discovered according to the news, following a technical problem preceded on the satellite or what so-called "CubeSat"."CubeSat" is a satellite or a nano satellite.With particularly, CIRBE Satellite or Colorado Inner Radiation Belt Experiment (CIRBE) CubeSat.

"The CubeSat had been in space for about a year before it experienced what NASA reported as an anomaly and the satellite went quiet on 15 April.   Philippines - Days ago,news hits the news sources that a male Filipino South East Asian (SEA) games multiple winner was found dead on January 7,2025 on a place on Calapan Oriental Mindoro Philippines with stabs on his body.The investigation shows he was a victimized by a personal grudge.

Have you heard a bird flying up  in the sky that suddenly "crush landing" without being fired by bird hunters and without being bump by an airplane or a chopper? or rather bump by fellow birds?and or rather looses gas tank up in the air?

There are really birds flying up in the sky of course and not much more swimming in a pool.Sometimes you know,it is not a bird,it is not an airplane....but... surprise :) ---- it is SUPERMAN ! :)

It is normal up there flying but what flucks you down is the terrible problem.... of a lifetime pf course.The "crush landing" is really painful.. and sometimes..manic depressive  ahahaha.

A "fire" catches anyone but what if the "fire" catches itself - a terrible "AFIRE".In Tagalog - "Sunog na nasusunog".

A "fire" that is "AFIRE" is a "Cook" being a "Cooked"...but you are not a "chef" actually unless a "chef" cook itself.In Tagalog - "niluto mo sarili mo " o "ginisa sa sariling mantika".

What causes the sudden terrible big "crush landing" is what the "fire" set "afire" and what the "cook" being a "cooked"
